To take care of yourself is the best gift you can give to someone else. It is always better to give the best of you then the rest of you <3 Here are some things that can increase your well-being in your daily life.
1. Healthy relationships
Close and meaningful relationships. Having few close and deep relationships 1,2 or 3 is enough.
2. Have goals and dreams
To set goals that are important to oneself and then start taking small steps towards those goals. It is good for your well-being <3
To exercise. Walk, swim or do anything that you like. Moving the body is super good for both mental and physical health.
To sleep well at night. If you have a night routine that helps you calm down it is great. Sleep enough hours – but not too much either.
5. To enjoy the now
Being able to enjoy the little moments in everyday life is an art in itself. Relax and enjoy your morning tea or coffee and do not stress so much.
To meditate. 10 minutes a day is a good start.
