Yummy nutty chocolate bites
Ingredients:
1 dl cashew nuts
1 dl walnuts
0.5 dl pumpkin seeds
1 dl coconut flakes
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tsp vanilla sugar
15 pitted dates
50-100 grams butter (adjust based on preference)
How:
Use a food processor to blend dates, cashews, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds until finely mixed. In a mixing bowl, use your hands to combine the blended mixture with coconut flakes, vanilla sugar, butter, and the rest of the ingredients. Work the ingredients together until a smooth dough forms. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Roll the balls in almond flakes or coconut flakes for a delightful coating. Place the coated balls in the refrigerator to set.
Let the date balls cool in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. Your tasty chocolate bites are ready to eat!
Great for a quick snack or when you’re craving something sweet <3
