A mixed smoothie to love…
I’m am starting to share some of my favorite recipes on this blog, and today, I want to tell you about a wonderful smoothie I really love making that brings joy and positive energy to everyday life!
Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash and hull the strawberries.
Rinse the raspberries.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes as well.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
Taste and Adjust:
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
Sip and enjoy your delicious mixed berry smoothie!
